At Footiq Sports, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order placement. Express delivery orders receive priority dispatch. In case of any issue or unexpected delay with your order, our team may contact you with an update.
🛡️ Dispatch Guarantee
If your order is not dispatched within 7 days of placing the order, and we have not contacted you regarding any issue or delay, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the jersey/product amount.
📦 Tracking: Your tracking ID (consignment number) will be shared only after your order has been dispatched via SMS and WhatsApp to your registered phone number, as well as through the email address provided at checkout. Once you receive the consignment number, you can track your shipment through the India Post tracking website using the same number.
📦 Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- South India: 4–5 working days
- Central India: 7–8 working days
- North India: 8–10 working days
- West India, Far North & Northeast: 10–12 working days

📍 Address & Delivery
Orders are delivered through the Post Office and local postal delivery network. Please ensure that your name, complete address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate when placing your order. Correct and complete details help the local postman locate your address and deliver your order successfully.
Please note: Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timing is dependent on the postal/delivery network and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
