The unboxing video and issue details must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for review, replacement or refund.

Returns and exchanges are subject to verification of the issue reported.

Products must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds, replacements or store credits will be processed after review and approval of the request.
